1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk33 club ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://bk33-club.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereunder (collectively, "the Service").

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to operate exactly one bk33 club account. Registering, operating, or making use of more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bk33 club uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk33 club reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and to confiscate any balances, bonuses, and winnings held across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bk33 club will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted on the bk33 club platform using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. bk33 club may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported security incident. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bk33 club is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. The KYC verification process requires submission of:

• A clear, legible copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — both front and back.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your NID beside your face.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number), where required.

KYC documents are reviewed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during standard operating hours. bk33 club reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient for verification purposes. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is fully complete. Providing false or misleading documentation during KYC constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

3.5 Account Closure

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bk33 club supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals for players based in Bangladesh:

• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard

All transactions on bk33 club are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the request and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bk33 club account within minutes of the transaction being completed on the respective mobile financial service platform. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank. bk33 club is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, bk33 club reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and return funds to the originating payment source.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be met before the relevant portion of funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file.
• bk33 club reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of standard anti-fraud procedures.

Processing times vary by payment method. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of approval. Card withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank. bk33 club is not responsible for processing delays attributable to payment service providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency & Transaction Fees

All account balances and transactions are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bk33 club does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, your card issuer, etc.) may apply their own service charges. bk33 club is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk33 club offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used thereafter, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is currently active, it is available to new registered players who have completed KYC verification and made their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, deposit threshold, wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports bets), and validity period are stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. bk33 club reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer at any time.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

bk33 club operates a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be confiscated.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Using stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or any other form of payment abuse.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk33 club staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform infrastructure beyond your authorised user account.
• Any conduct that bk33 club reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

bk33 club uses automated monitoring, fraud detection systems, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Our compliance team reserves the right to take immediate action where prohibited conduct is identified, with or without prior warning, depending on the severity of the breach.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk33 club platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, code, data, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of bk33 club or its licensors (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions, regardless of outcome.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bk33 club's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk33 club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for purpose of the Service beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms. Online gaming involves financial risk. You accept sole responsibility for all decisions to deposit funds and place wagers on the bk33 club platform.

8.1 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bk33 club operates. In the event of a dispute, bk33 club's internal dispute resolution process should be initiated first by contacting [email protected] with a clear written description of the issue. bk33 club will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bk33 club regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
